Nope., October 4, 2011 By Bird That Flew (US) - See all my reviews This review is from: Nara Shoes Women's Keeper Knee-High Boot (Apparel) I wanted to love these boots, but they just didn't work out. Because the area of the sole is so tiny and the foot molded so closely to the shape of your natural foot, these looked to me like tall moccasins once they were on. Actually, I think moccasin socks might be a more accurate description. Not a good look! The boot was quite hard to get on. Also, there is a piece of cardboard or plastic inside the heel cup to give it shape, and it chafed horribly against my Achilles tendon. It's inside the boot so there's no way you can break in that area to make it less painful. My calf is 14" circumference at its widest point and the shaft juuuust barely fit against my bare skin. My feet are 8 1/2 regular width and felt pinched in these width-wise. Good points: I ordered the bordo color and it was gorgeous, a deep neutral brown with a hint of oxblood. New favorite boots, April 26, 2012 This review is from: Nara Shoes Women's Keeper Knee-High Boot (Apparel) These boots are fabulous!! Perfect fit, like a well made italian leather glove. True to size. I keep trying them on and marveling at how beautiful they look and what a great deal I got on Amazon. Again. Nara footwear: unusual, well made, soft and supple leather.
